Sleve has dirt & aging, several mini peel off on front, 2,5" split on top, writing residues, 2 small holes and peeling of the upper plastic film on glossy cover's back, some dirt on labels, record plays w/ quite reasonable to very light noise from marks, VG- to VG, worse issues being two deep marks which cause light clicks on A 3 & A4 (check clip 1 for example).
